A gooey Mug Cake Peanut Butter Chocolate made in the microwave with pantry staples. Perfect for a fast dessert fix!
Ingredients
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Instructions
1. In a 12 oz microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
2. Add milk, oil, and peanut butter. Stir just until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 60–80 seconds (start low and test).
4. Let sit 1 minute before serving. Top as desired.
Notes
Use natural or creamy peanut butter—avoid crunchy for best texture.
For molten core, place ½ tsp peanut butter in center before microwaving.
Add chocolate chips, banana slices, or crushed peanuts for extra flavor.
