Description
Easy and creamy churro cheesecake bars recipe with cinnamon sugar topping and crescent roll crust. The perfect mix of churro and cheesecake flavors.
Ingredients
2 cans crescent roll dough
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.
2. Unroll one can of dough and press into the pan.
3. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla.
4. Spread cream cheese mix over dough.
5. Add second dough layer, seal seams.
6. Pour melted butter on top.
7. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
9. Cool completely, then chill before cutting.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 1 month.
