Description
Air fried cinnamon banana chips are a quick, sweet, and healthy snack made with ripe bananas, cinnamon, and a touch of sugar. Perfect for lunchboxes or late-night cravings.
Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Cooking spray (avocado or olive oil)
Instructions
1. Slice bananas into ⅛ inch rounds.
2. Toss with lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then coat banana slices.
4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
5. Arrange slices in a single layer in basket.
6. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Let cool 5 minutes to crisp up.
Notes
Store in airtight container for 3–4 days.
Add chili powder or cocoa for variation.
